Lamb loaf
We cook the lamb with vegetables for approximately 10 hours. Then, we debone the meat, we shred it and mix it with vegetables. Finally, we shape it to a meatloaf. We garnish it with cherry tomatoes with thyme and rosemary and peas cream.
